Menopause Matters at the Achieve and Learn Trust!  We are training our leaders to be even better at supporting staff in our Trust's schools.

At a recent event hosted at Altrincham College, we invited charity Manchester Mind to deliver a workshop aimed at increasing confidence in supporting colleagues through the menopause, covering signs and symptoms, the impact of menopause in the workplace and employers’ legal responsibilities.
